Shipping Policy
Domestic: We ship USPS Priority, USPS Express and UPS.
USPS Priority, Express and UPS all have tracking numbers. If you are a registered user you will be able to see those numbers and check the status of your package.
We will replace any lost domestic packages as long as we were given the correct shipping address.
International: Phone numbers are required for international shipments.
Please be advised that if you choose First Class International there is no tracking information, it often takes 2 months to arrive and we will not replace them if they do not arrive. For further information please see the chart below.
