Shipping Policy
Domestic: We ship USPS Priority or USPS Express.
Priority Mail has a delivery confirmation number. Express mail has a tracking number. If you are a registered user you will be able to see those numbers and check your packages status.
International: Please see the chart below.

*Excludes Germany. German customers, we highly recommend you contact your nearest distributor. Many of our German packages disappear or are returned to us. We will not replace German packages.
**First Class Mail International: can take up to two months to arrive and possibly longer. There is no tracking availavle. The only information that is available is the the date it was shipped. Please, do not email us about when your first class mail package will arrive. We have no way of knowing where it is or when it will arrive and there is no one for us to ask. If you want to be able to track your package or need it by a certain time, do not choose this mail class.
