Having Trouble Checking out with Paypal?
If you are being returned to our shopping cart or checkout pages when trying to pay with PayPal the most likely cause is that a piece of your information on our site does not match PayPal's site.  For example, if you have St. or Ave. at the end of your address in Paypal but not our site, Paypal will push you back to our site until everything matches.  This includes minor differences like whether or not there is a period at the end of St on both sites.  It also includes information that one site asks for and the other doesn't.  For example because USPS requires it for international shipping, we ask for phone numbers but Paypal doesn't.  So, if you have a phone number on our site but not Paypal's it will send you back.

Having Trouble Checking out with a Credit Card?

Check the error code you may be receiving.
 

10 - The account number is invalid.    

11 - A duplicate transaction has been submitted in the past two minutes.    

2 - The payment was declined. Please check your credit card information to make sure it was entered correctly.    

27 - The billing address provided does not match the billing address of the cardholder.    

3 - The payment was declined. Please check your credit card information to make sure it was entered correctly.    

37 - The credit card number is invalid.    

4 - The payment was declined. Please check your credit card information to make sure it was entered correctly.    

6 -  The credit card number is invalid.    

78 - Card Security Code (CSC/CVV2) is invalid.    

8 - The credit card has expired.    

9 - The ABA code is invalid.
