Double Helix Glassworks is a small, family owned business in the Pacific Northwest.  We began in 2005 with Jed mixing colors by hand in the torch and Julie listing them for sale on E-bay.  Enthusiasm from fellow lampworkers led us to purchase our first furnace and make a pot og glass.  It was a great success for both us and our customers.  We continue to experiment with glass colors and our customers continue to bring those colors to life in their own work!  We do our best to be ab environmentally responsible business.  We purchase 100% green power, use recycled products whenever possible, recycle what we can and ship you glass in a package you recycle or drop in your compost.  We also do our best to support the lampworking community by donating to classes, ISGB chapters and events all over the world.  We are grateful for the challenge of balancing our little family with the great glass bug we've been bitten by and hope you enjoy doing the same!
